NORA ZIMMERMANN I Founder & Casting Director

Prior to launching TAPE CREATIVE in 2012, Nora was an agent for many years in one of the biggest model agencies in Hamburg, Germany. After 7 years of experience Nora decided to switch over to the more creative side of the business and became a Casting Director. 

With a background in marketing and advertising psychology, she is able to identify her client‘s individual creative vision, purpose & aspirations. 

The benefit of knowing both sides of the business provides her with a deep understanding of the creative process as well as a strong sense of collaboration which brings the right things into focus.

MAYA ANDERS I Casting Director

She started working as a PR agent in Hamburg in her early years. The love for fashion and the desire to work in this industry guided Maya ever since. 

Maya moved on and became an agent for talents and models worldwide. She has built up a huge range of global network. Her passion made her stay for 10 years. 

With her deep understanding of the business and global experience, Maya is the ideal partner to join TAPE CREATIVE in 2019. She closes a gap by bringing in her industry insights. Maya also has an instinctively ability to consider all the client´s needs in detail.
